KUXIU accepts returns for wholesale orders under the following conditions:

Unopened and New Products:

Products must be in their original, unopened, and new condition.

Quality Issues:

Products with quality issues are eligible for return.

For returns due to quality issues, KUXIU will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

OEM Orders:

For OEM orders, KUXIU only accepts returns for products with quality issues. The return shipping costs for quality-related returns will be covered by KUXIU.
